Sadly the previous waitress is gone and the owner should hire a new one instead of waiting tables because her services skills are poor. Patrons should not be made to feel unwelcome for asking for a fork, tea refill, or a serviette. There is more to waiting tables than dropping off the food and clearing the table after. I used to come to this restaurant 3 times a week and introduced a number of colleagues but the owner is so rude and unattentive that I will be taking my business elsewhere, which is a shame because the food is terrific. It really is.
